The Christmas Event is LIVE!

It’s that time of year again!

We’ve already rolled out some great changes, with more still in progress.

First up, the banking system has been revamped. Capacity has been replaced with Insured. This means you can store as much money in your bank as you want. However, any cash above your insured amount is vulnerable to being stolen with Snowballs. Each snowball used on you steals 1%–5% of your uninsured cash, with a 10-minute cooldown per player.

Want to avoid that risk entirely? Equip a Winter Coat. The Winter Coat is a new Special Item that deflects snowballs and has 10 durability. It’s available now from the Santa Boss, so if you’re sitting on excess cash, it’s a good idea to stock up while you can. Snowballs themselves will begin launching in approximately 21 hours, giving everyone time to prepare before things get chaotic.

Gear Rarity is coming to the game this Christmas. You’ll be able to combine multiple pieces of gear to create higher-rarity versions with improved stats.

We also planned to introduce attachment slots for gear, providing unique buffs and increasing slot count with rarity. However, this feature turned out to be more complex than expected, so it’s been postponed for now. We’re sticking with gear rarity for this release.

Crimes are now generating a significant amount of cash thanks to newly added options, which should help balance things out with the gear rarity system. If you have questions about this feature, feel free to ask in our Discord.

Unfortunately, not all the news is good. We’ll be limiting shop buy orders to 500k Points and 10 Billion Cash. This change will go live during the Christmas Event and is not active yet. Until then, cash and point banking is allowed, so take advantage of it while you can.

This change does not mean you can place buy orders for unobtainable items at the maximum limits. Trades should remain fair. The goal is to reduce abuse and clutter, not eliminate reasonable buy orders. Focus on buying items you actually want, even if it’s simply a good deal.
