Voting Broken

We have temporarily disabled four of the voting sites which have stopped functioning recently, we have included the points earned from these four sites onto the two working sites.
I have also deposited 500 points into every prisoners account who has been active in the last 4 days (there was no event for this). This covers the missing points for this period of time.
As a reminder, we do not own or control these voting sites, we're at their mercy of when they're online, when they work, and when they don't. Typically these sites restore functionality quickly but sometimes they don't. We will review other sites and monitor if these sites do start working again.
