Updated Rule on Splitting Upgrade Items

We have added a new rule to the game to help clear up any ambiguity regarding splitting the cost of a single RP item from the Upgrade Store:
13. All items in the RP store must be purchased in full, you're not able to split the cost of any of the items with another user. This is considered virtual property trading and is violation of rule 12.
We have also amended rule 12 to include a ban on selling training services.
12. You may not sell accounts or in-game forms of virtual property or training services, nor trade them for accounts/virtual property on other websites. You cannot give your account to another person, any attempt to do so will result in ban for all accounts involved.
These rule changes comes into effect immediately and those who violate this rule will be frozen or banned.
