Santa's Magic Fading

It's the day after Christmas and while Santa is still with us for the rest of December it seems like his power is fading, it's ability to confuse those having crimes against them has dwindled and it seems it only has the ability to increase crime rewards by +20% when wearing the entire suit. Each item individually now only provides a +2% boost.

I guess we'll have to wait until next year for his magic to restore.
