Crime Shower Time Adjustments

We listened to your feedback about the shower time on crimes being too high from a recent change. We always appreciate your feedback and we've acted to modify this change to be better for everyone.
Now the shower time is capped at 15 minutes. The lower nerve crimes now have their shower time scale with the amount of nerve required up until 15 minutes, at this point there is no further increase. So the 15 nerve and 75 nerve crimes both only result in 15 minutes of shower time.
