The Return of Murphy!

Murphy is BACK! 

Murphy will remain a limited-time boss appearing randomly and scheduled, with loot that will vary as time passes.  However, he will always have some party items in his loot pool.  He will also always be a universal boss, allowing players of all levels to join.  As always, don't hesitate to provide your feedback, and let us know what you'd like to see from Murphy.
