Books Availability Update

We have listened to your feedback about the scarcity of the Basic training books and low drop rates from other Books from bosses. We like to keep our libraries stocked and in-mates educated. So we've made a few changes to increase the ability to gain that knowledge:

• Added a 1 in 50 chance to receive a Basic training book from Daily Visits from on or after day 12
• Increased drop rate of Basic books from Bosses by 250%
• Increased drop rate of all other books by 25%
