October State of Play

Good morning inmates and welcome to Major’s inaugural State of Play. The goal is to inform you, of upcoming events, and changes coming to the game, and take a look at the top suggestions for Prison Struggle.

Currently, the Halloween event is only 2 days away and we are excited to announce that we will be introducing two new item sets and weapons for this year's event, find out more in the Halloween event launch announcement. Alongside the new outfit, we will be introducing Chef Dion to the prison. He certainly knows his way around a kitchen and some Moldy Pumpkins, along with other recipes too. The event will include exclusive item prizes and Upgrade Store packages for 1st - 3rd place, and a raffle for two lucky contestants who get over 20 pumpkins but don’t achieve a top 3 spot.

New & old players rejoice! We have been working hard to streamline the onboarding process of new players to the game with an updated interactive tutorial & improved messaging around newer features, multiple fixes to the mentorship program, and new sign-up email campaigns with helpful tips and suggestions. We believe these changes will help new players get aquatinted and help make them into long-lasting players.

You have been heard! We take the time to read every single one of your suggestions submitted to the game. From your suggestions, we have begun to design and develop the new Upgrade Store page. The new system will include new ways to pay, the ability to purchase multiple packs, and more! We have many other exciting changes and updates coming from your suggestions and upvotes. Furthermore, we have Chef Dion joining the game as a permanent member of our staff; he’ll be able to take your items, like Moldy Pumpkins, and cook up something much better! Did someone say Pumpkin Pie Slices!?

Starting soon all existing suggestions will be reviewed by myself or the Warden. New improvements are coming to the suggestion page as well, any post 30 days or older with less than 30 upvotes will automatically be archived from the main page, these can be restored if the original creator or game wants to petition to do so through a Support ticket. This is being done to keep the page clutter-free, so we can ensure all highly voted suggestions are considered. Now players will know that the page and ideas are still relevant and being decided on. Furthermore to this, I will be reviewing suggestions and posting my updates during State of Play on the 15th of every month.

Suggest any ideas you have for the game, items, activities, and more. As always we still recommend for you open a Support Center ticket for any bugs or playing issues you encounter.
