We've been noticing some unruly behaviors around the Prison. It seems like Oddblotter [419] has left his post to explore a different line of work. With this we called in extra help in the form of your new fearless leader, Major [2].
Please give a predictable cold welcome to Major and make him feel like he's right at home.
