Staff Harassment & Punishment Appeals

We would like to take a moment to remind all players regarding our rules around staff harassment and appeals on our enforcement of the rules. Any harassment to any staff member, can result in communication bans, freezes and furthermore permanent bans, this is entirely up to the discretion of the staff. Continuation of these activities will result in punishments increasing in severity.

All staff decisions are between the staff team and the player who has received the punishment, there are clear and strict guidelines on how these decisions can be appealed by the player punished, and not the wider community. As per our rules, all complaints regarding staff actions must be filed as per our rules & terms of service. As per our harassment policies, any breach of these rules will result in punishments on your account.
