Boss Fight Entry Fee, Crime Rewards & Santa suit

Due to budgetary constraints our guards have been re-assigned due to prisoner feedback. This will reduce their effectiveness in curbing the crime rampant in our prisons.
This has resulted in the Santa suit providing a +40% increase for crime rewards (both EXP and money), up from 30%, along with a reduction in Boss Fight entry fees. We have also seen a ~20% increase in base crime EXP rewards.
